Recovery-Focused Sober Living
Next Chapter Recovery Homes provides safe, structured, supportive sober living for men committed to building a stable life in recovery. We are not a treatment facility. Our homes provide a recovery-focused living environment built around accountability, personal responsibility, peer support, recovery participation, and increasing independence. Residents are expected to remain substance-free, follow house rules, participate in recovery activities, contribute positively to the home, and work toward personal goals that support long-term stability.

Encouragement to become involved in the local recovery community.

Resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality are valued.
PROGRAM FEES
One-Time Entry Fee
$75
Intake Drug Test
$20
Introductory Rate – First 2 Weeks
$125 per week
Standard Rate – Beginning Week 3
$165 per week
Approved Monthly Rate for Eligible Fixed-Income Residents
$700 per month
Program fees help support housing, utilities, household operations, property upkeep, administrative costs, and the ongoing operation of a safe, structured, and supportive recovery residence.
Certain approved payment arrangements or rate adjustments may be made based on individual circumstances. Any special arrangement must be approved by Next Chapter Recovery Homes.
ADMISSIONS
Admission is based on current bed availability and whether Next Chapter Recovery Homes is an appropriate fit for the individual. Prospective residents, families, and referral sources are welcome to contact us to discuss availability, program expectations, fees, and the admission process.
